How do you know if you need a referral?

​

 You can either call our office to check or check with your insurance if unsure. 

​

If your insurance card has any of the following added to it "HMO", "Medicare Advantage" or if you have "Medicaid/apple health/molina" there's a good chance a referral is needed before your scheduled appointment.

​

If you have Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Premera, Regence, United Healthcare, Cigna or if PPO is on your card a referral is not generally required and you should be able to call to schedule an appointment. If by chance a referral IS required with these insurances, our office will call to get the referral for you.
